Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Off IMuzik Box, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement between you and NPH Store. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. In-App Purchase & Pricing

Off IMuzik Box is free to download and use with advertisements. It offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to remove ads:

One-time purchase: The Remove Ads purchase is a non-consumable item. It does not auto-renew and is not a subscription. You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

3. Advertisements

The free version of Off IMuzik Box displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support ongoing development. By using the free version, you agree to the display of these ads. Advertisements can be permanently removed through the Remove Ads in-app purchase described above.

4. License to Use

NPH Store grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Off IMuzik Box on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your Content & Copyright

Off IMuzik Box plays audio files that you import from your own devices. You are solely responsible for the music and other content you add to the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you import, or have the necessary rights and licenses to use it.
• Your use of the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You will not use the App to store, share, or distribute pirated or unlawfully obtained material.

NPH Store does not host, provide, or distribute any music. The App is a player for content you already own.

6. Wi-Fi Transfer

The Wi-Fi transfer feature allows you to move files from your computer to the App over your local network. You are responsible for using this feature on trusted networks. Do not switch to another app or lock your device during a transfer, as this may interrupt the process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Off IMuzik Box — including the software, design, graphics, logos, and user interface — are the exclusive property of NPH Store and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Your own imported music remains yours.

8. Privacy

Your use of Off IMuzik Box is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices, including local file storage, Wi-Fi transfer, and advertising.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Off IMuzik Box is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will play every audio format or file.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NPH Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or imported files — arising from your use of or inability to use Off IMuzik Box, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Off IMuzik Box at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Apple App Store Terms

Off IMuzik Box is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to matters under Apple's purview.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Off IMuzik Box after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Off IMuzik Box shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts of jurisdiction.
