1. Introduction

Off IMuzik Box is an offline music player developed and operated by NPH Store. It lets you import, organize, and play your own audio files entirely on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how we protect it. By using Off IMuzik Box, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Off IMuzik Box is designed to work offline and to keep your content on your device. The app handles the following:

• Your music files: Audio files, lyrics, and artwork you import remain stored locally on your device (and in your own iCloud container if enabled). We do not upload your music to our servers.
• Library data: Playlists, recently played songs, and playback preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Wi-Fi transfer data: When you use the Wi-Fi import feature, files are transferred directly from your computer to your device over your local network. This transfer does not pass through our servers.
• Usage & diagnostic data: Anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g. features used, crashes) may be collected to improve stability and performance. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Device information: Device type and OS version for compatibility and support purposes.
• Advertising identifiers: If you consent, an advertising identifier may be used to show and measure ads (see Section 4).

3. Device Access & Permissions

Off IMuzik Box requests only the permissions needed for its features:

• Local Network: Used only for the Wi-Fi transfer feature, so your computer can upload music to the app over your local network. No data is sent to us.
• Files & Documents: Used to import audio and lyrics files you choose. The app only accesses files you explicitly add.
• Tracking (App Tracking Transparency): If you allow tracking, an advertising identifier may be used to deliver more relevant ads. You can decline, and the app will still work fully.

You can review or revoke any permission at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security on your iPhone.

4. Advertising

Off IMuzik Box displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support the free version of the app. In connection with ads:

• Google may collect and use certain data (such as an advertising identifier and general usage signals) to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
• On iOS 14.5 and later, personalized advertising depends on your App Tracking Transparency choice. If you decline tracking, you may still see non-personalized ads.
• You can remove all ads permanently by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase (see Section 5).

5. In-App Purchases & Payment Data

Off IMuzik Box offers a one-time "Remove Ads" lifetime purchase managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing, receipts, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. Your purchase status is verified through Apple's StoreKit and stored only on your device. 6. How We Use Information

• To play your music and manage your local library and playlists.
• To enable Wi-Fi import of your files.
• To display and measure advertisements (free version).
• To verify the "Remove Ads" purchase and disable ads.
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance.
• To provide customer support and resolve technical issues.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Google AdMob: For serving and measuring advertisements, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Apple Inc.: For In-App Purchase processing and, where applicable, app analytics.
• Analytics providers: Anonymized, aggregated usage and crash data to help improve the app.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

8. Data Retention

Your music files, playlists, and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are retained until you delete them or uninstall the app. We do not store your music or library on our servers. Diagnostic data is retained only in aggregated, anonymized form.

9. Security

Wi-Fi transfers occur directly over your local network. Any data transmitted to third-party services (such as ad and analytics providers) is protected using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

10. Children's Privacy

Off IMuzik Box is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
• Request a portable copy of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Off IMuzik Box after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
